Dear Haley: Getting Started with CoFi
We just started using CoFi and have a client who doesn’t really understand computers. How do we get them set up? Will CoFi be easy enough for them to use?

The CoFi app was designed to be as simple as possible, even if computers aren’t your strong suit. If you are the primary uploader of draw requests, all your client needs to do is log in and click APPROVE!
The CoFi Support Team is also available to do hands-on tutorials, either via phone or video call, to make sure each app user knows exactly how everything works.
My loan officer keeps telling me they sent an email invitation for CoFi, but I can’t find the invitation anywhere. HELP?
Have no fear! Sometimes email domains have built-in spam blockers that keep the CoFiBot invitations from making it to your inbox. If it’s not in your primary inbox, check your spam folder. You can also ask your lender to email you the unique link for your invitation directly to you. If all else fails, give CoFi Support a call at 435-557-0412 ext 2.
